Q. Is the price for one bar of soap or everything in the picture?
A. The price is for one bar. We usually show more bars to highlight the slight differences between each bar of the same recipe. My products are artisan handmade and we will not guarantee the exact same design each time. We are not machines therefore our items are very unique to us.
Q. Why can I not buy your soap you just made from your social media postings?
A. Cold Processed Soap is not purchasable right after it has been cut and made. It must sit for 4 - 6 weeks for you to safely use the soap. During this 4-6 weeks the chemical that does the cleaning work is no longer in danger of skin irritation and will clean like normal.
Q. What is the life of your soap?
A. Our soap have a life of about 3 years. Our soap is homemade and fresh. However the soap may be usable after 3 year but we would not recommend it. After 3 years the chemical that cleans your hand starts to weaken to a point that is no longer at its optimal effectiveness.
Q. Oh no, I've ordered my package to be shipped to the wrong address, what do I do?
A. Contact us immediately if this happens. However, it is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure your address is correct for your order. If the item has not been shipped yet, we may still be able to change the shipping label. However, if your order has already been shipped there is nothing we can do. If your order was shipped to the wrong address but is returned to us, we can resend your order once your address has been corrected.
Q. What if my products have arrived damaged?
A. Contact us as soon as you notice this. We will do our best to make it right with personal correspondence to you. We will require a picture of the damaged item when this happens. If we do not receive a picture of the damaged item in a timely matter, there is nothing more we can do.
Q. Are all of your soaps organic and vegan?
A. No, not all of our soaps are but we do try out best when we have the right materials and do create vegan and organic soaps as often as we can. Just be sure to check the ingredients and description of our soap you wish to purchase.
Q. Why do you use newspaper fillings for your packaging?
A. We use newspaper fillings to up-cycle the use of the newspaper another time. We try our best efforts to up-cycle when we can and support sustainability.
Q. Where do you ship to?
A. As of right now we are only shipping to the domestic United States, including Alaska, and of course Hawaii!
Q. Do you do cancellations/refunds/returns?
A. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or returns. All sales are final. Soap is a sanitary product and we are not able to resell it once it leaves Bliss Soaps Hawaii. Refunds will not be given for change of mind or any allergies due to us already stating what our ingredients are on our website before purchase. All soaps are also labeled with ingredient information as well.
